A new construction home was built in Adams Twp. on a large lot in a residential neighborhood.  This beautiful home nestled on a hill created several challenges.  The backyard was terraced to incorporated a large Unilock paver patio and firepit.  Boulder walls were created to retain the slope and create a natural space between the landscape and patio space.  Seasonal plantings with perennials and different ground covers created a constantly changing landscape throughout the season.

Outdoor lighting was installed around the entire property to highlight the architecture of the home, provide safety on the walkways and light up featured trees and stone elements.  Lampus’ Rosetta steps with natural boulders created a nice pathway to access the upper terraced green space.  A pondless water feature was installed near the bottom of the steps to be enjoyed from the outdoor space as well as the sun room.
